Summer herb grilled prawns
Ingredient List
Prawns
- 2kg prawns, shell-on (Vietnamese tiger prawns work well)
Spices & Sauce
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 2 tsp za'atar
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 3 tsp mixed dried herbs
- ½ tsp Dijon mustard
- 3–4 tbsp garlic butter
- 3 garlic cloves, fresh
- 3 lemons, juiced
Directions
Add all the spices and garlic butter to a cold pan and melt together gently. Clean the prawns if needed, then turn up the heat. Add a touch of olive oil and let it come to temperature.
