Homemade Fudge


A yummy treat

No hassle, no fuss


  • 75ml Water

  • 500ml Castor Sugar

  • 60g Butter

  • 25ml Syrup

  • 1 tin of Condensed Milk

  • 5ml Vanilla Essence


  1. In a pot on medium heat, mix the Water and Castor Sugar until dissolved.

  2. Stir in the Butter and Syrup and stir until dissolved.

  3. While stirring and the Condensed Milk.

  4. Boil until a dark caramel colour is achieved and the mixture starts to thicken.

  5. Remove from heat and whisk in Vanilla Essence.

  6. Pour in lightly greased, heat proof dish and cut into desired sizes.

  7. Allow to cool.
